Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy – Real Rust Panels

At Real Rust Panels, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please note the following:

• No Returns for Style or Color
  Because rust patinas are naturally unique and vary in shade, tone, and texture, we cannot accept returns based on style or color preference. If you wish to preview the product before ordering, we recommend purchasing our Sample Kit

• Defective Items
  If your order arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a return or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect so we can assist you promptly.

• Fireplace Installation Warning
  Real Rust Panels are made from PVC. Extended heat exposure can cause PVC to soften or warp. If panels are installed above a fireplace, a fireplace hood/heat deflector must be used to direct heat away from the wall surface. Fireplace hoods are readily available online and in home improvement stores and are designed to protect PVC panels, mantels, and even televisions. Failure to use a fireplace hood in such applications may result in damage and is not covered under warranty.
